The introduction of welding hosted by members of Welding Women Syndicate. Classes taught by the founder, Tiffany Orff. Former college welding instructor who taught SMAW(stick), GMAW(mig), FCAW(fluxcore) & GTAW(tig) welding processes in accordance to AWS D1.1 code.
We also have the amazing CFO of Welding Women Syndicate, Veronica Prado, who is also the assistant welding instructor for the various welding events we’ve held.

Due to lack of options in life and/ or decreasing budgets in school, women & children have less access to welding. This leaves very little visibility and most times zero access to resources when it comes to their options. Plus, so many women have very little accessibility into an actual shop due to lack of knowledge, visibility and or the intimidating idea of walking into a male dominated business. Run, taught and centered around women, this Academy will help to ease the stigma and enlighten you to what your options can be with welding.
